由于部分施工企業(yè)對(duì)工商業(yè)光伏發(fā)電的施工要求認(rèn)識(shí)不足，對(duì)工程質(zhì)量和技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)的重視程度不夠，從而引發(fā)施工問題。本文就工商業(yè)建筑在光伏發(fā)電設(shè)計(jì)和施工中的注意事項(xiàng)展開討論。

工商業(yè)屋頂安裝光伏發(fā)電的一個(gè)突出的問題是屋頂或場(chǎng)地產(chǎn)權(quán)問題，由于光伏發(fā)電使用壽命長(zhǎng)，投資成本也高。在產(chǎn)權(quán)不明晰的場(chǎng)地或屋頂建設(shè)光伏發(fā)電站會(huì)給電站建成后的使用和收益產(chǎn)生很多不確定因素。因此在建設(shè)工商業(yè)電站前期要充分做好場(chǎng)地產(chǎn)權(quán)、靜態(tài)投資和運(yùn)維投入、收益分配、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)等一系列可行性分析，制定好切實(shí)可行的解決方案。

A prominent problem of industrial and commercial roof mounted photovoltaic power generation is the property right of the roof or site. Due to the long service life of photovoltaic power generation, the investment cost is also high. The construction of photovoltaic power station on the site or roof with unclear property rights will bring many uncertain factors to the use and income of the power station after completion. Therefore, in the early stage of the construction of industrial and commercial power plants, a series of feasibility analysis should be fully done on site property rights, static investment, operation and maintenance investment, income distribution, risk bearing, etc., and practical solutions should be formulated.

對(duì)于建筑屋頂承重能力差、不能直接采用混凝土重樁的情況，可采用不銹鋼繩牽拉固定。需要說明的是牽拉支架的不銹鋼繩不能直接打膨脹螺絲固定在屋頂上，通常是固定在建筑外墻或其他相對(duì)穩(wěn)定堅(jiān)固的混凝土立柱上。

If the building roof has poor bearing capacity and concrete piles cannot be directly used, stainless steel rope can be used for pulling and fixing. It should be noted that the stainless steel rope of the traction bracket cannot be directly fixed on the roof with expansion screws, but is usually fixed on the external wall of the building or other relatively stable and solid concrete columns.

與地面光伏不同，屋頂光伏如果無法與原建筑屋頂混凝土鋼筋直接連接的時(shí)候，可根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)力情況采用混凝土重樁放置在屋頂上，通常每個(gè)獨(dú)立樁的重量不宜超過100kg。對(duì)于經(jīng)常受到臺(tái)風(fēng)襲擾的沿海地區(qū)，建議采用條形混凝土樁，不僅能確保光伏陣列系統(tǒng)的抗風(fēng)能力，還可以減少光伏電站對(duì)建筑屋頂?shù)膲毫Α?/div>
